Frequently Asked Questions
How Long Does The Repair Take?
Most repair procedures can be carried out in around one and a half hours.
When Can I Use The Bath After It Has Been Repaired?
We generally recommend leaving the repair for a full 24hrs before using the bath as normal.
Will The Repair Be Completely Invisible?
The answer is 99% of the time... YES, however we can replicate colour but we cannot replicate age. As a result if your bath is a number of years old the repaired area will appear as new and will require some time wear in and blend with the older surface of your bath.
Will There Be Any Harsh Smells?
In order for repairs to last, we have to use a 2 part polyurethane coating for your repair. We use a material called Polygloss resin from a company called NAPCO in America. The Volatile organic compound content of this product is one of the lowest in the industry. There will be a slight smell, but it dissipates as quick as it arrives.
